No worries, contact us and we'll tell you how to return the item so we can fix it for you.

The elastic thread is not eternal and repairs are free for all customers of the brand and regardless of the period in which your bracelet was purchased (shipping by post at your expense).
Only the missing pearls could be invoiced to you.
